We see ourselves as a service provider who takes over the entire administration in connection with your IP right. The fee quoted therefore also includes further representation by us, including the inclusion of the IP right in our IP management system. If you do not wish this, please indicate this when placing the order. This will reduce the costs for you.

The fees quoted are average values. Invoicing takes into account the actual time required. In the examination procedure, further costs may arise in connection with responding to official examination notices. All figures are exclusive of ancillary costs (copies, postage, etc.) and VAT. Official fees are exempt from value added tax. On request, we will be happy to provide you with a concrete cost estimate for a registration in Germany, Europe or internationally.
